On Thursday July 22 I had a Travel Baseball Tryout and it was amazing i saw some of my old friends and Coaches at the tryout. When I got there we did some drills such as Grounders, Pop Flies. After we got done with those drills we did batting the other 9u Little hawks went batting first so the 11u went out in the field and after we would get the ball we would throw it to the 2nd baseman to put the balls in the bucket after we let the 9u team bat we batted and the 9u team went to the field and i was 3rd to bat and I got some pretty good hits all of them were in the outfield and I thought they were good hits from my point of view after all the kids hit. We went to home plate and i did some baserunning and i did better then what i expected and we were only gonna do 1 round of running we couldn’t slide so we just ran. After That we had a talk about if any friends or family members wanted to tryout because we only had 6 players there for the 11u after the talk we packed up and left but then after I packed up I went to my mom and brother to ask them if my friend James can tryout for the team on Tuesday the 27th of July and maybe see how it is.
